The ThinkTANK Photo Urban Disguise 40 Classic is a very well-made camera bag. You can say that this is probably my main everyday bag that I use when taking my camera gear out. I alternate between this, the Tenba DNA 15 Slim (sold this yesterday) and the ThinkTANK Retro 30. These three bags are all very well built and practical […]
The Tenba DNA 15 Slim messenger bag in its Limited Edition styling is definitely one of the nicest looking messenger bag that I had. It is a pity that it was only available in the DNA 8 and DNA 15 Slim sizes. The Limited Edition is made to celebrate Tenda’s 40th a nniversary making camera bags and that material […]
I bought this F-Stop Guru UL backpack along with a Small Pro ICU (Internal Camera Unit) close to a year ago. The reason why I got this was because it was the summer holidays (yes, it is summer from Dec to Feb here in Australia) and I like to bring along my camera gear while out and about with my […]
Continuing from my previous post, here are some more photos taken with the Canon EF 70-300mm f4-5.6L IS USM… this time using the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV. From this experience, the Canon 100-400 looks a tiny bit sharper than the 70-300L if you look at the photos closely.. but overall both are very good. I am more inclined to move the 100-400 along as I don’t think I’ll be using it to its full capacity. If I do a lot of bird or wildlife photography then that’s a different story but for now, the 70-300 should be good enough for me that when I need a tighter frame, I’ll just crop the photo. I’m hoping to do a quick test of the Canon 100-400 with the EOS R before the 100-400 gets sold.
Recently gotten hold of a second hand Canon EF 100-400 f4.5-5.6L IS II USM to play with and was contemplating whether to keep it and sell my Canon EF 70-300 f4-5.6L IS USM or just keep the 70-300 and move the 100-400 along. Or the third option of keeping both 🙂 So I packed my bag with both lenses – […]
Maisie just had her 2nd TPLO surgery last week (11 Sept 2018) on her right leg. She had her first TPLO surgery on her left leg back in March this year. She is doing better this time around but still needs to be strict on the amount of movement she’s able to do. First 2 weeks – only allowed toilet break while on lead (3 to 4 times per day). Weeks 3 to 4 – allowed 5 minute walks (2-3 times per day). Weeks 4 to 6 – allowed 5-10 minute walks (2-3 times per day). Weeks 6 to 8 – allowed 10-15 minutes walks (2-3 times per day)
